These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Abhishri Tours Pvt. Ltd. (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and our clients (referred to as “you” or “your”). By engaging in any transaction with Abhishri Tours Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payments:

• To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided by Abhishri Tours Pvt. Ltd.
•  Failure to pay the balance on time may result in the cancellation of your reservation, and cancellation fees may apply.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Cancellation charges may apply, and the amount will be determined based on the date of receipt of the written cancellation.
•  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy provided for your particular tour or service.

Amendments and Changes:

• Abhishri Tours Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, alter, or cancel any aspect of the tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes as soon as possible.
• In the event of significant changes or cancellations initiated by Abhishri Tours Pvt. Ltd., you may be entitled to a refund or offered an alternative option.

Travel Insurance:

•  It is strongly recommended that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays.

Client Responsibilities:

•  It is your responsibility to ensure that all travel documents, such as passports and visas, are valid and obtained on time.
•  Abhishri Tours Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by you during the tour, unless caused by our negligence.

Health and Safety:

•  It is your responsibility to assess and ensure that you are physically and mentally fit for the chosen tour or service.
•  Abhishri Tours Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to deny participation or remove any client who poses a safety risk or disrupts the well-being of others.

 Force Majeure:

Abhishri Tours Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, strikes, or government regulations.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].
