TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND TRAVEL GUIDELINES
FIXED DEPARTURE TIMINGS
Embarking on a Daily Fixed Departure Helicopter tour, it is imperative that guests adhere to the fixed departure timings for each destination. Failure to report as per the scheduled Estimated Time of Departures (ETDs) may result in being marked as a NO-SHOW.
COVID TRAVEL PROTOCOLS
Passengers and our team are expected to strictly adhere to the prevailing COVID protocols mandated by the government. Non-compliance with these guidelines may lead to the denial of boarding, with no refund provided.
HELICOPTER WEIGHT LIMITS
The helicopter has a maximum weight capacity of 440 kg (excluding baggage weight). Passengers will be accommodated based on load and temperature conditions, with the pilot having the final say. Exact weights of passengers must be provided during booking, and any discrepancy found during travel may lead to deboarding and cancellation of the Heli-tour without refund.
PASSENGER WEIGHT SUBMISSION
It is essential for passengers to submit accurate weights at the time of booking. Any change in weight during travel that exceeds the aircraft’s weight carrying capacity of 450 kg will result in de-boarding and the cancellation of the Heli-tour without refund.
OVERWEIGHT CHARGES
Overweight charges apply for shuttle services for Sirsi – Kedarnath – Sirsi. This fee is payable directly at the helipad. Due to limited weight-carrying capacity, passengers may be shuffled between helicopters to ensure safe flying in hilly terrain, and passengers traveling together may not be accommodated in the same helicopter flight.
ARRIVAL PROCEDURES
For our Chardham 4N/5D Heli-tours, passengers must arrive in Dehradun one day prior to the departure date. The complimentary night stay in Dehradun on the arrival date transforms our package into a 5Night/6Days tour, with the actual flying commencing from day 02 of the tour.
SEATING CAPACITY
Our helicopters have a maximum seating capacity of 06 passengers + 01 Crew.
INFANT POLICY
Infants below 2 years or 12 kg are accommodated free of charge. Age verification will be checked through ID proof/birth certificates.

Due to the high altitudes of the temples in the Char Dham sector, passengers are advised to carry medication and heavy woolen clothing for the drop in temperature during evenings & nights.
MEDICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Passengers are advised to prioritize their well-being by undergoing a medical check-up before embarking on the yatra, especially if they have any pre-existing medical conditions. We emphasize the importance of passenger health and safety.
We, as operators, maintain the right to refuse boarding to passengers who exhibit unruly behavior, are abusive, intoxicated, sick, mentally unfit, or pose any safety risks. No refund will be issued for such passengers. Please note that our Heli-Tours are not available for VIPs, as per protocol.
