• Carry a small oxygen bottle as a precaution, available at medical shops.
• Submit correct weights at the time of booking.

• Ensure physical fitness through light exercise before the journey.
• Pack warm clothes as temperatures can drop to 10 degrees Celsius or less.
• Photography is allowed in the Himalayan ranges but not inside the temples.
